Presque Isle Park
A trip to Marquette is not complete without touring Presque Isle Park. This 324-acre peninsula park offers picturesque views of Lake Superior offered nowhere else in Michigan. Lake Superior
The largest freshwater lake in the world by surface area, Lake Superior covers over 30,000 square miles of land with a depth of 1332 ft. Marquette makes up 83 miles of Superior shoreline, granting its visitors access to some of the best beaches in the UP.
